Great hotel with reliable wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar. I remember when the staff helped serve my elderly parents during our first stay. Highly recommend staying here for a cute experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Our stay was fantastic! The rooftop bar was a great spot for evening drinks with its stunning views. The staff went above and beyond, especially Anthonie at check-in, who made us feel at home. The location was superb, just a walk away from Times Square.
My kids wished for more family-friendly amenities. A pool or fun activities would have been great.

Great Stay with Convenient Location!
A delightful experience! The staff, especially Anthonie at the Front Desk, made me feel at home. Enjoyed a fantastic meal at Serafina, just steps away. Comfortable beds ensured a restful night. Just a hint, a room with a view might mean some street noise, so consider requesting a quieter room.
